A specialist in space policy and economics with a focus on the study of space strategies of leading countries - the USA, Russia and China. As part of her work, she studies issues of commercialization and militarization of space. Milena has significant experience in participating in scientific conferences and actively promotes the involvement of young researchers in projects related to space economics, law and politics. At the Research Center «Space Economics and Policy», she oversees the development of partnership programs with universities and is involved in attracting students to research and events aimed at stimulating the growth of the Russian space industry.
