The Scholarship Program competition will be open to Master's students of Russian universities who have devoted their research works to the relevant subject.

The competition is held in three categories «Space Economics», «Space Politics», «Space Law» and «Space in the information sphere».

The winners of the contest will receive a monthly stipend in the amount of 10 thousand rubles during the academic year, and the experts of ANO «SEP» will assist future young professionals in research work and professional development.

The program is open to first-year master’s students enrolled at Russian universities. To apply, please submit your application along with the required documents to the Organizer’s email address (mm@sep.center) by October 12, 2025:

Applicant's details: Full name, date of birth, email, contact number

Document confirming enrollment in a master’s program at a Russian university:
extract from the enrollment order / copy of student ID

Motivational letter of at least 3,000 characters including spaces

Work Plan under the Implementation of the Program (planned research, publications, etc.)

Information on bachelor's degree education, including the thesis topic

After the second year of study:

Master's thesis on a topic determined jointly with the Organizer

After the first year of electives:

An article accepted for publication or already published in a scientific journal

Speech at a scientific conference

Conducting a scientific seminar or lecture on the research topic

Publication of analytical materials

The stipend is set to run from September 2025 through May 2027. The scholarship for September 2025 will be paid at the same time as the scholarship for October 2025.

The Fellow needs to agree with the Organizer on the outcomes to be achieved under the program:
