The Scholarship Program competition will be open to Master's students of Russian universities who have devoted their research works to the relevant subject.
The competition is held in three categories «Space Economics», «Space Politics» and «Space Law».
The winners of the contest will receive a monthly stipend in the amount of 10 thousand rubles during the academic year, and the experts of ANO «SEP» will assist future young professionals in research work and professional development.

«Taking Russia's space economy and politics into new orbits»
Applications for the scholarship program «Taking Russia's Space Economy and Policy into New Orbits» are now closed. The program includes three nominations («Space Economics», «Space Politics» and «Space Law») and is intended for master's students planning to devote their thesis to economics, politics or international law.
The Competition Commission of ANO CEP received applications from applicants from the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration (RANEPA), Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation, Lomonosov Moscow State University (MSU), Peoples' Friendship University of Russia (PFUR), Moscow State Institute of International Relations (University) of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation (MGIMO) and Siberian State University of Science and Technology named after Academician M. F. Reshetnev (SibSU). Information about the results of the selection stage and the time of the interview will be sent to the nominees by October 27, 2024.

Master's thesis on a topic determined jointly with the Organizer

After the first year of electives:
An article accepted for publication or already published in a scientific journal
Speech at a scientific conference
Conducting a scientific seminar or lecture on the research topic
Publication of analytical materials
The stipend is set to run from September 2024 through May 2026. The scholarship for September 2024 will be paid at the same time as the scholarship for October 2024.
The Fellow needs to agree with the Organizer on the outcomes to be achieved under the program:
