About myself:
More than 30 years in strategic consulting. After defending his PhD thesis «Strategic Management in Western Corporations (on the example of the USA)» in 1991, he was actively involved in consulting activities, at the same time forming an innovative methodology «Active Scenario» (Spiral Event Construction - SEC).

He taught courses on strategic scenario planning in PR and GR spheres for the management of Transneft, AFK Sistema, Russian Railways, etc. at the Higher School of Economics.

Realized by himself or with a partner team more than 600 strategic projects of varying complexity for a wide range of Russian business companies (both in size and industry composition, including first-tier companies such as FGC RAO EU, JSC «InterRAO», JSC «LukoilNeftekhim», «TverUniversalbank», etc.). ).

I continue to conduct strategic sessions in business structures with the participation of top management and in project teams using the author's methodology. I train large prefabricated management groups in new strategic planning tools at any stage of business development (including the startup phase).

Currently, together with my partners, I am deploying the «Bogokin School» in the regions of the Russian Federation, promoting the active-scenario methodology of building and implementing corporate strategies, including within the framework of a number of regional and interregional media projects, such as «Business Mentor», «Delovar» and others. We form SW structures abroad (USA, Spain, Canada, Czech Republic, Turkey, etc.).
Career:
A.L. Bogokin started working in the field of management consulting more than 30 years ago. More than 600 projects have been successfully implemented under his leadership.

Developing the concept of organizational development, A.L. Bogokin began to cooperate with V.S. Dudchenko, one of the pillars of sociology of management and an associate of G.P. Shchedrovitsky and O.S. Anisimov, in the development of ontosynthesis methodology, including using the postulates of fractal theory.

Having profound knowledge of both the theory of modern strategic management and economics, A.L. Bogokin continues his research in two interrelated areas: managerial psychology and strategic management.

The result of this activity is the author's methodology of «Active Scenario».

In the 90's he was engaged in «traditional» business, was the owner of various companies, simultaneously engaged in consulting practice.

In the early 2000s I had a successful experience of working in a large western company (Emerson Process Management) as a director of regional development.

Since 2004, Mr. Dudchenko has worked in partnership with Vyacheslav Sergeevich Dudchenko, one of the founders of Russian consulting, and has participated in a number of major consulting and educational projects: LukoilNefteKhim, InterRAO, FSK and others.

Since 2008, he founded his own direction in management consulting, using the methodology of building strategic scenarios for company development. In total, over 600 projects of varying complexity in various spheres of activity, including politics (elections of mayors and deputies to the State Duma) have been implemented using this technology over the last 30 years. The list of implemented or ongoing projects using the author's methodology includes AHK VNIIMETMASH, PaTe Company, JSCB Sibbusinessbank, OJSC Velomotors, OJSC International Exchange for Commercialization of Innovations (IBKI), GC Permsnabsbyt, OJSC Gorky Park, JSCB TverUniversalbank and others.

He has taught author's courses on scenario technologies in innovative business spheres, GR and PR for the management staff of large and medium-sized companies of the Russian Federation (Russian Railways, AFK Sistema, etc.).

Collaborates with and is a member of the Expert Council on the creation of the intangible assets market of the Committee on Economic Policy and Entrepreneurship of the State Duma of the Russian Federation.
