The Center brings together experts and young specialists in space economics, law and policy. The Center's goal is to obtain and disseminate new knowledge and discoveries based on an interdisciplinary approach, combining natural, exact, humanities and social sciences. The Center supports business initiatives to develop the space industry and youth projects in this field, laying the foundation for the future not only of Russia, but also of the entire world.

Artificial debris in outer space poses a threat to the future of mankind. Experts estimate that in 2023 there are 23 to 37 thousand objects of anthropogenic origin measuring 10 cm, about 500 thousand objects measuring 1 to 10 cm and more than 100 million objects measuring 1 to 10 mm in low Earth orbit.
